Superb cufflinks made of authentic vintage Mexican coins which were minted from 1964 to 1983. They feature Cuauhtémoc who was the last Aztec emperor and lived in the early 1500's. Cuauhtémoc was taken prisoner by the Spanish and was tortured to reveal the location of hidden Aztec wealth. His stoicism and refusal to speak became legendary. Years pictured may differ from those received.
